What is a play?
One person completing one game entry. Bonus “try again” spins count once with that entry. Each advent calendar door is a new entry. Previews never count.
Usage resets each calendar month in Europe/Copenhagen.

Add 5,000 plays for €15. On Agency, add 10,000 for €10.
Valid for the current month. Excludes VAT. No automatic purchases or overage charges.
A little clarity.
What counts as a published campaign?
Only live campaigns count, including scheduled campaigns. Drafts are unlimited. Pause a campaign to free a published slot. Existing accounts keep their legacy limits.
What happens if I use all my plays?
We warn you at 80% and 100%. Entries continue through a 125% grace allowance, then new players see a friendly paused screen. Saved results and bonus spins stay available. Upgrade or add a play pack to resume. There are no surprise charges.
How does the Growth trial work?
Start with a 14-day Growth trial, with no credit card. When it ends, your account moves to Free. Your most recently published campaign stays live within Free limits; the others pause. Leads remain available to view and export.
Which integrations are included?
Klaviyo sync and reward emails are included from Starter. Revenue attribution is included from Growth. Unique coupon pools, every game and template, popups, lead forms and CSV export are included on every plan.
When does usage reset?
Plays reset on the first of each calendar month in Europe/Copenhagen. Annual billing keeps the same monthly play allowance. Play packs are valid only for the month you purchase them.
Are team seats and agency workspaces available?
Growth includes capacity for 3 seats. Agency includes capacity for 10 seats and 10 client workspaces. Team invitations and sharing a play allowance across client workspaces are coming later; current usage is per workspace.
